Once a payment is processed, it is final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason, regardless of frequency of use or satisfaction level.
Reason for No Refunds
We operate as a digital service provider. Access to our premium features, exclusive network, and matching algorithms is granted immediately upon payment.
Because the core value of our platform—access to data, profiles, and community resources—is delivered instantly, the service is considered fully consumed the moment you are granted access. Consequently, we cannot retract the service once provided, and therefore cannot offer refunds.
Exceptions
Our strict no-refund policy is uniform for all members to maintain fairness. We do not offer refunds, partial or otherwise, except where explicitly required by applicable consumer protection laws.

- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation ensures you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Access After Cancellation: If you cancel before your current subscription period ends, you will retain full access to premium features until the end of the current paid term. Terminating your subscription serves to stop future charges; it does not trigger a refund for any remaining time on your existing term.
